DFOMs (District Fixed Operations Managers) also known as DSPMs (District Service and Parts Managers)
Southeast Toyota Distributors maintains a group of District Fixed Operations Managers (DFOMs). We assumed that IF the DFOMs and "Corporate Toyota" were interested in protecting their customers from inappropriate dealership behavior, that Scott Mudlin (the DFOM assigned to FA) would be willing to:
(1) visit the dealership
(2) review the service documents
(3) inspect the parts.

(( On Monday morning March 09 at 11:20 AM we received a call from Matt Mann on 1-919-780-5784. This was a very very lengthy call lasting approximately 90 minutes. The call went as follows: Several times during the call we asked Matt Mann if he would document his call via an email to us. Each time, he declined using one of his responses to point out that he's "not a secretary". There were several long pauses during the call. This left plenty of time for us to write down several questions and write down Matt Mann's responses. At several junctures during the call Matt Mann asked "well, is there anything else?". Each time he asked that, we took the opportunity to ask more questions regarding what specific actions / steps have been taken at Fred Anderson Toyota to address My Owner's concerns. In no particular order, we asked Matt Mann the following questions: ))
