Beginning on Friday March 21, 2020 (the very next day after the incident happened) we began our attempt to get this matter resolved directly with Fred Anderson Toyota, Raleigh. A few of our numerous attempts to get Fred Anderson Toyota to resolve this mess are outlined below.
(( We started by trying to determine who was in charge at Fred Anderson Toyota.
A few telephone calls to FA's telephone switchboard revealed a lot about what was to follow. ))
(( We next went to the the Fred Anderson Toyota website. We used the "chat" feature and got the results shown below. ))
(( We then contacted Toyota Motor Sales (in Plano, Texas). We used their online complaint form as follows. ))
(( We initiated an email exchange with FA Service Manager Wellman Munoz in an effort to at least get the parts

(( During a conversation with FA Service Director Matthew Mann, we asked for help in learning what had happened.
It appeared that Mr. Mann had no interest in getting to the bottom of anything at this point. ))
(( We contacted Toyota Motor Sales in Plano, Texas. They explained that Toyota requires each of their
dealerships to maintain a Customer Relations Manager position to handle customer concerns.
We have never been contacted by Stacey Carothers. ))
(( On February 17, 2021 My Owner's friend visited the FA store to request documents that FA had told the NC AG that they had,
namely work orders that supported the $2,929.07 invoice that My Owner had paid. He met briefly with Matt Rutledge as follows. ))
