NC AG - Fred Anderson's Response to All Documents Request
May 19, 2021 --- Fred Anderson's response to NC AG's request for all documents
We believe that FA's response to the AG's request for ALL documents is very very incomplete. It includes just five service documents (two were duplicated and two had important pages missing). It does not include any service document or work order that supports the $2,927.07 invoice presented to My Owner. This response comes nowhere close to providing ALL documents related to My Owner's vehicle.
June 01, 2021 --- My Owner provided the NC AG with a list of documents that Fred Anderson either has or told us they have
Early in the process, My Owner realized that her lack of documents was preventing her from learning WHO at FA targeted her and WHY she was targeted. Consequently, she prepared for the NC AG's Office a very detailed list of documents that FA quite possibly possesses and asked if the NC AG's office could assist her in obtaining those documents. That list is below.
Nov 18, 2021 --- My Owner wrote to the NC AG about Fred Anderson's failure to produce ALL documents
Because My Owner believes that FA has not responded to either the letter or the spirit of the NC AG's request for documents, she communicated her concerns about that fact to the NC AG.
Nov 18, 2021 --- My Owner provided the NC AG a with a list of documents Fred Anderson Toyota did NOT produce
Because My Owner believes that FA has not responded to either the letter or the spirit of the NC AG's request for documents, she has provided her understanding of the major categories of documents not yet produced. That list of documents is included below.
